Celebrity Esports partners with the UK’s leading brand in the logisticsindustry, Yodel, to deliver the “kit behind the game”

UK independent parcel carrier Yodel has been announced as the new official delivery partner for the Celebrity Esports gaming tournament. With a mission to bring esports to a mainstream audience, Celebrity Esports will see celebrity teams compete against each other across a collection of the world’s most famous video game titles. Unique to other gaming tournaments, the celebrities will all be filmed playing in their own homes, giving viewers a unique insight into the lives of their celebrity heroes. The kit will all be delivered to the celebrities by Yodel as part of the partnership. 

Mike Hancox, CEO at Yodel, sharing his thoughts on the partnership, said:

The gaming and filming equipment the celebrities receive will all use bespoke “plug and play” technology, not only making the production of the show Covid friendly but also reducing the environmental impact of producing the series.
